Returns are available for items excluding vintage, eyewear, pre-sale and discounted items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging including tags.
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative items, you are required to place a new order.
A Returns Sheet is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a refund. If you require a copy of the Returns Sheet, please contact UsTrendy with this request.
All orders should be returned to the address below. If you require a street address, please contact UsTrendy with this request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned STYLE JURY.

Upon receipt of your package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. You will receive your refund within 5 business days of the return being received and you will be informed via the email address that is listed on your confirmation email when this transaction is complete.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
