Shipping and Return
In order to qualify for a refund, there must be a fault with the quality of the item. I can not give refunds due to fitting issues, as my sizes are clearly specified and custom made orders are an ecouraged option for buyers. All items are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they meet their provided description and are in perfect condition. Customer must notify me by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within three business days after receiving item(s) and send item(s) within 7 business days after receiving them. Item(s) must be in same condition as received, new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. No refund can be given for damaged or misplaced packages at the fault of the postal service. Receipts and tracking information is only saved for 90 days after item(s) is shipped. Custom made items are not returnable.
