I have a question for my designers out there? Are you finding jobs in the industry or are they not hiring talented people anymore. I am so fed up with the design houses hiring models and not real talent, what is going on with American Fashion these days! Come on if you graduate from college or have good experience you are entitled to a job, right? I have gone to Paris, I have graduated from college, and I have experience. Why is it impossible to find a job, come on we need more talent creating and less image doing nothing. Someone out there make me understand why talent is no longer the face of fashion. Does being skinny, tall, and beautiful mean you have more talent. Let's make a difference designers and let the fashion world know we will no longer stand for this mess. We have got to band together and make a difference. What happen to raw talent?
